Peter has accrued 25 years of experience in the debt advisory teams at Savills, Knight Frank, and DCS, following an 8-year retail banking career.
Peter was the partner leading the structured finance team at Knight Frank and originated & executed a number of development finance loans in excess of £100m.
Peter is very well respected within the real estate finance sector. He has a huge amount of trust equity with lender partners that can be leveraged for the benefit of DCS clients.
Peter excels in fostering robust, enduring connections with both borrowers and lenders. His dedication to understanding and anticipating the unique needs of each client ensures a personalised, seamless experience throughout the loan process. By leveraging these strong relationships and his deep industry expertise, Peter consistently originates high-quality transactions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of all stakeholders.

Guy has worked closely with Peter for over a decade and recently rejoined him at DCS. With 15 years of experience in UK real estate, Guy has honed his skills in loan origination, valuation, asset management, restructuring, and recovery. His expertise has been shaped by key roles at Lloyds Bank, Lambert Smith Hampton, Knight Frank, and Pluto Finance, allowing him to streamline credit processes and deliver strong results for clients. He has a proven track record of raising funds for substantial real estate projects at competitive finance rates, along with prompt delivery.
Focusing on residential spaces, student accommodation, and build-to-rent projects, Guy ensures deals are structured correctly from the start to achieve optimum results for clients. He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from the University of Reading and remains at the forefront of property finance, consistently searching for innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
